Harga kondom wanita ini memang jauh lebih mahal dibanding kondom lelaki. Walaupun demikian kondom ini tidak menjamin selamat digunakan dan anti robek 100% kerana mungkin terkoyak jika salah dalam penggunaan, kesalahan produksi pabrik, kadaluarsa, dan sebagainya. Semakin banyak pilihan maka semakin sulit pula untuk mengatakan tidak pada kondom. Kondom kini hanya digunakan untuk pasangan suami isteri sahaja yang ingin merancang jarak kelahiran atau yang mempunyai massalah kesihatan atau yang mempunyai masaalah pancutan cepat.
Condom wanita ini biasa digunakan untuk berbagai situasi dan kondisi dalam berhubungan seks suami isteri baik dalam keadaan menstruasi atau datang bulan dan menyusui atau baru melahirkan. Namun jangan sekali-kali digunakan pada wanita yang masih perawan atau gadis kerana akan sangat menyakitkan dan menyebabkan kerosakan yang teruk terhadap selaput dara gadis tersebut.
B. Cara Pakai / Memakai / Menggunakan Kondom Wanita

1. Hujung yang tertutup di bentuk lonjong pipih atau boleh juga dibentuk seperti angka lapan dengan salah satu jari-jari tangan.
2. Tangan yang lain membuka bibir vagina dan yang memegang hujung kondom yang tertutup memasukkan ke dalam lubang kemaluan.
3. Setelah cincin masuk ke dalam vagina, tangan yang satu memasukkan jari ke dalam kondom untuk mendorong agar kondom boleh masuk seluruhnya. Usahakan cincin yang di dalam menghadap ke arah mulut rahim. Pastikan kuku anda tidak menyebabkan kodom tersebut bocor.
4 Pastikan cincin bahagian luar terbuka di bibir vagina. Kondom siap dipakai untuk berhubungan badan suami istri. Selamat menikmati.
